October 19, 2022 North Upi, Maguindanao del Norte| MIPA conducted Lecture Forum on Republic Act 115961 also known as Anti-Child Marriage Law which was participated by High School Students of Dr. Bernabe G. Dela Fuente, Sr. National High School at Rempes, North Upi.

The said Lecture Forum aims to educate the IP youth so that they could have better understanding of the said law and empower them for the protection, preservation, and fulfilment of their rights.

In the said Lecture Forum, Atty. Jibriel S. Binasing,RN Legal Officer III, discussed the salient features of RA 115961 which was also participated by Parents, Tribal Leaders/Elders and Barangay Officials.
