Today the Ministry of Indigenous Peoples’ Affairs provided financial assistance to the IP family of the victims who died because of Typhoon Paeng in Rempes, Upi, Maguindanao del Norte.The bodies of the 2 members of the family were recovered, while there are still 3 missing.

The assistance was handed over by Allan Minted, designated project officer of MIPA, and received by Mr. Rogelio Lansican, the brother of Allan Lansican (one of the recovered body and the head of the family of the victims).
