MIPA, spearheaded by Minister Melanio U. Ulama, together with distinguished guests and delegates from various sectors of BARMM, mostly from academe and IP representatives (Maguindanao, Lanao, Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi) were those who partook on the MIPA’s exclusive consultation and workshop for the Indigenous People. This was sponsored by the Institute of Bangsamoro Studies(IBS).

Legal Team Talks Over Proposed IP Code
Proposed IP Code was deliberated yesterday by the legal minds from the two parliament offices of MP Melanio Ulama and MP Romy Saliga. Each joint presented draft proposals then ruminated to reach a consensus for the final proposed bill.
