The Sama Bangingi AD claimants, BLGU, LGU, and other stakeholders met for consultation and a preliminary meeting at the invitation of NCIP-Basilan Provincial Office, which the MIPA-BARMM participated on October 25, 2022. The subsequent stages of delineation work at Baluk-Baluk Island are preceded by this activity. This will lead to a collaborative effort of NCIP and MIPA which the latter will be the leading agency.
